I had an unexpected issue using the kfc app and spoke to a manager in store at the time they went above and beyond to rectify the issue even going out of there way for delivery from themselves I can't express how grateful I was it's about time these delivery people are taken action against as it gives kfc a bad name name when it's the stores or employees fault or issue

After a bad experience at another store we haven’t had kfc for a long time as it put us off. But ordered from Crownhill kfc tonight (15/02/25) and the food was hot, fresh and really really nice. The gravy was nice and thick and the breading & chicken was perfect Not a single thing missing my order either! Please say well done to the cook and whoever packed the orders this evening!

Really nice tbh, the place was clean, staff were super helpful and friendly and the food was great as always just an overall great experience, I recommend KFC over all other fast food places every time, it's just better

My review is for the young lad called Josh that works there. I've seen him a couple of times and every time he is polite to every customer that he is bringing meals out to and tells everybody to have a great day. He looks like he actually enjoys his job and always looks very busy. As previous employer of young people I always notice when somebody works really hard and I hope Josh gets all the credit he deserves. Well done Josh it's lovely to see somebody so polite and happy in their work Your credit to KFC.
